Grabbed Cindy for a 40 yard down and back. On one side of the 40 yards, we had Cindy work on one side of the 40 and body work on the other.

4 Rounds – 20 skull crushers run 40 yards then do 12 get ups.
No one got a Trophy… we all won it though because we got better. However, we did miss Trophy.
