Tha Thang:
We all grabbed 2 Cindy’s each and met in the parking lot. The workout was to farmer carry approx 50 yards and perform the first exercise. Then, farmer carry another 50 yards and perform the 1st and 2nd exercise. Then, farmer carry another 50 yards and perform the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd exercise and so on (you get the point). We made it up the ladder and started dropping exercises on the way back down until we ran out of time.
