Grabbed Cindy and met at the 50-yard line area between the two turf fields. This location was the center of the wheel that we worked around. 6 stations located around the two turf fields. Each station's work started with a Cindy exercise at the center of the wheel. Then run to corresponding station for some body weight work. When completed, run back to the center and start with next station's exercise. 25 reps for each exercise. Each complete trip around the wheel would include a little more than 1/2 mile of running.
Station 1 (NE Corner of Turf 1) – Curls at center, Dips on bench at Station
Station 2 (North Endzone area between two fields) – OHP at center, Carolina Dry Docks at Station
Station 3 (NW Corner of Turf 2) – Squats at center, Bonnie Blairs at Station (Hard Way)
Station 4 (SW Corner of Turf 2) – Bent over Rows at center, Superman Pull-ups at Station
Station 5 (South Endzone Area btw. two fields) – Big Boys w/ Cindy at center, American Hammers at Station
Station 6 (SE Corner of Turf 1) – Block Jump overs at center, Burpees at Station.
