Road trip 450 miles up to West Virginia. Brewery beer and pizza Friday night.
4 did the Sprint. 13 did the Beast. All finished. All came away with a new respect, and likely hatred, for West Virginia. In the words of:

"I never want to hear Mountain Mama again!" – Gumbo
"F*?! Raoul!" – 3-Peat
Hobby Lobby and Pacman continued with the Super and Sprint on Sunday to complete their Trifecta in a single weekend!

Awesome weekend of fitness and fellowship. CSAUPs make for great memories, awesome accomplishments, and stories that we will find ourselves talking about for years to come. Find a CSAUP to participate in, commit to it, train for it. Or lead the next CSAUP for whatever dumb idea that most of us will say yes to.
Was great to see BCG after he moved up to PA but drove down to be with us this weekend.
