Finish If You Can is a variant of an AMRAP, but the idea os to get the designated reps done within one minute, when the timer goes off. If you finish the reps, you get to rest until the timer; if not l, just move into the next exercise. We ran four sets of five exercises (run through each set twice, with two minutes of rest between the sets of 10.
