Grab your partner and head to the goal line, this partner workout involves a MOT and the following exercises with reps:
MOT – 100 Yard Farmers Carry and 50 Yard Murder Bunnies
1. 100 reps of Merkins (FC)
2. 150 reps of sit ups (FC)
3. 200 reps of squats (MB)
Groups that finish first go ahead and get some and while you await the 6.
The final workout was rotation 25 yard increment seated rows w/cindy for a total of 150 yards as a group.
Finish the drill and mosey back to the AO with Cindy overhead.
