Tha Thang:
Obstacle run:
Rocks
More rocks
Pull-up bar traverse – added the power balls to the traverse which made it infinitely harder, especially with the humidity making them extra slippery. We all have room for improvement on this one
Run to the picnic table area
15 box or picnic bench jump ups, go with the highest jump you feel comfortable with
Bleacher lap
Rocks
Sled pull (90#) between light poles – other PAX work on Cindy web farmer's carry between light poles, only hold from the center Web of the block
Burpee Bridge (planned but not executed for time)
Rope Climb practice – continued to work on technique
Back to the flag

COT:
CAR, NAR, AAR, Announcements, Pledge, Prayer

AAR:
Good format as an obstacle course, more representative of a Spartan
Sled could use more weight
Try to include at least one really heavy/tough obstacle like the heavy tire or the buckets
Move the rope earlier in the routine so we can work on technique without being fully gassed

Congrats/praise/prayers for Woo Hoo's retirement today from the airplane factory as he moves onto the next phase of life.

Skidaway Trail run this Saturday at 1030 am and Lake Mayer convergence 6/22 at 0630.

Thanks for the push and the opportunity to lead. YHC has the Q at the Underground tomorrow and again for Spartan Wednesdays next week.
