5 cones were spread out 10 yards apart. Reps increased in increments of 5 until reaching the last cone. Pax then reverse course and reps decreased in increments of five until Pax returned to their starting point (e.g., 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5).
Each set contained two exercises that were performed at each cone.
