In an exhilarating F3 workout blending Ultimate Frisbee with Burpees and Squats, the intensity was palpable. The game featured a 3-on-3 face-off between
Team 1, with Test Tube, Tin Cup, and Short Circuit,
Team 2, Falcon9, Quickcrete, and Huckleberry.
The unique twist? Every three minutes, a timer went off, signaling everyone to drop and perform three burpees. Additionally, every dropped pass mandated five jump squats for all players, adding an extra layer of challenge to the game.
Team 1 ultimately claimed victory with a 10-6 win, leveraging a combination of athletic prowess and strategic mishaps from their opponents.
Short Circuit's height was a significant advantage, towering over defenders and making high catches look effortless. Tin Cup's distraction tactics were in full effect, with his infamous nipple flashing through the hole in his shirt throwing off his opponents’ concentration.
Team 2 had its own set of challenges. Huckleberry had two sudden stops that led to slips, landing him unceremoniously on his ass. Falcon9's strength, while impressive, led to several overthrows that cost his team points. Quickcrete struggled with the terrain, repeatedly tripping over holes in the field.
Adding a touch of humor to the game, Test Tube was momentarily distracted, claiming he saw a paraglider, which provided a brief respite for everyone involved.All in all, it was a hard-fought match with plenty of laughs and a rigorous workout, showcasing the unique spirit of F3.
