Tha Thang:
We grabbed Ole Girl and took her to the Island in the Parking Lot. 8 Exercises were listed with some pretty beefy numbers. 175 Curls, 150 Squats, 125 Chest Press, 100 OHP, 75 Merks, 50 Thrusters,50 Dips, and 25 Blockee's.
Each HIM completed 25 reps of the exercise OYO, then ran to the next Island (25 yards) complete 3 Burpees, and start with #26, go to 50, Run 25 yards, 3 burpees, until you knock out the Total number listed. Doing it all over again, I needed to cut back on the Rep count. We still gotta really good workout in, hitting chest, biceps, and Legs… And we got 1/2 a Katie Perry song in before the speaker died…
