Inspired by Pooler Spartan workout but limited by available equipment. Cones marked the field. Guesstimated about 60 yards.
Tire pull from cone to cone
Tombstone carry length of the field
Cindy rifle carry 10 steps then touch block to the ground and thruster back up, continue every ten steps from cone to cone
Pull ups to failure, then 3 negatives
Run around middle section of parking lot.
Continuous work and rotation. Everyone completed 4-5 rounds.
