We will do the Murph on Memorial Day like we always do. We've had a tradition of modified Murph's to build up to it and get the PAX ready for the challenge.
Today was the EMOM style.
3 pullups, 6 merkins, 9 squats, run around the trash can and back. Repeat Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 33 minutes. On minute 34, need 1 pull up, 2 merkins, and 3 squats.
Brady Bunch and Periwinkle were able to stay on pace for the entire thing.
Spam, Periwinkle, 9.5 (and maybe 1 other) wore vests.
Great push.

Spartan Training starts Wednesday: Trail run at 0445 (Bring Headlamp) and then OG workout at 0530 with the focus on "Spartan-like" obstacles as stations. Goal is to not let "lack of training" be an excuse for you to miss the Spartan weekend.
Murph on Memorial Day at 6 am. Suggestion to allow time for it to be completed in order (all pull ups, then all merkins, then all squats).
