Plank, runners stretch, MNC's, Chinooks, TTT, imp walkers. Bonus … the Q brought music (first time!) and we did SSH's to "Danger Zone" … every time they said Danger Zone, do a squat, then back to SSH's. So … it was lots of SSH's and a bunch of squats towards the end.
Tha Thang:
Into the stadium for 11s'
Round 1: at the 10 yd line, 10 Merks/1 burpee, sprint to the far goal line, mosey back to the 20 yd line, 9 Merks/2 burpees, sprint to the far goal line … etc. Plank or Al Gore till everyone was at the goal line (1 Merk/10 burpees). Take a lap.
Round 2: same thing with different exercises (Bonnie Blairs/Squats), and instead of moseying back … run backwards.
Round 3: ran out of time before we could start.
