Lastly, Fro really wanted a slaughter start so 23 burpees to top it all off!
Tha Thang:
Pax split up into groups of three.
Group 1: Cheddar, BC, Honker
Group 2: Bogey, Frozone, Tutti
YHC had three sort of mini workouts laid out. Group of pax would rotate to next workout on 5 minute timer.
Workout 1: At the steps
– Farmer carry (timer for this workout)
– Weighted step up
– Derkin
Workout 2: At the bricks
– Sandbag chest throw, crawl bear to start of bricks, lunge to bag, SB chest throw, crawl bear, etc.
Workout 3: In the grass
– 60 yard sled push (timer for this round)
– 30 yard rope plate drag
– burpees
ABs:
3, 2,1 minute planks (1 minute rest in between)
