Quite cold so kicked it off with a little SSH and pulse squats to get the blood pumping.
Then went to the typical UG stretch.
– Worlds greatest stretch
Right hand, then left hand in the air
– Preacher
– Jenner
– Butterfly
– Tutti Stretch
-Cobra, roll back on the calves
– Shoulder stretch (laying down on chest)
Tha Thang:
4 stations set up in a diamond shape.

3 Hand release merks
Lunge out to cone #2
Perform exercise
Lung back from cone #2 to cone #1
3 HR merks
Then bear crawl to next station where you would perform the same list as the above, just with a different exercise.
Exercises were
1. 50 Mountain Climbers, each leg
2. Carry of your choice ( Zercher, fireman, rifle, etc. )
3. 50 Calf raises
4. Run to far stop sign and back
