Once again Soccer moms did not show.
4 cones were spread evenly apart across an aggregate of approximately 50 yards. Pax broke-up into 2 groups.
Group A ran suicides while Group B performed the listed exercise. Group B did as many reps as possible until the last guy in Group A finished his suicide sprints. Then the groups switched and Group B ran suicides while Group A performed the exercise. There was a total of 15 sets.
The AMRAP exercises were as follows:
1. BDE Burpees
2. Blockies
3. Lt. Dans (Cindy lunges with Squat)
4. BDE Merkin (hand release merkin + peter parkers)
5. Big Boy Sit-ups
6. Thrusters
7. Bicycle sit-ups
8. Kettle Bell Swings
9. Dips
10. Curls
11. WW3 Sit-ups (Bench press + sit up + incline press)
12. Goblet Squats
13. Single Arm rows
14. Flutters
15. Merkins
30 second rests were scheduled after the completion of 3 consecutive exercises
Upon completion we mosied over to the playground for 4 sets of the following:
Pax 1 performed 5 pull-ups and 10 merkins.
Pax 2 alternated between performing goblet squats and big boy sit-ups
They switched each time Pax completed his pull-up and merkin reps.
We finished up with a 90 second Plank at the flag.
