YHC realized last night that he had the Q this morning and the first thing that popped in my brain, for some reason 🤷♂️, was the convenience store Seven Eleven. So this is what was pooped out:
At the first island in the back parking lot.
Do 11 each of these 7 exercises:
– curls
– squats (with or without cindy)
– WW1s
– OHPs
– jump squats
– V-ups
– Plank Jacks
After you do these then run to the farthest island and get your Slurpees (do 7 burpees) and run back. That is one round.
We were supposed to do 11 rounds, but the most that was done was 6 or 7 rounds. Then as a group we did 10 burpees. Then heard a car horn and we did 5 more burpees.
Put cindy back.
