So we did 13 burpees to cover screwup, rooster, and drive bys.
On the line for 29 leaps across parking lot in cadence
Then moseyed to front lot to use dry covered concrete pads
Tha Thang:
Island #1: 14 burpees
Run to second island
Island #2: 14 jump squats
Run to third island
Island #3: 14 WW2’s
Return to first island.
Next round 13 reps, then 12, then 11, etc… to 1.
So complete exercise was 105 burpees, 105 jump squats, and 105 WW2s, along with 14 laps of the parking lot.
