Jog to get 1 coupon per group.
Jog to the Stadium Bleachers.

With your Thunder Buddy:
Partner 1 does bicep curls until partner 2 completes 1st row of stadium bleachers then switch
Partner 2 does bicep curls until partner 1 completes 1st row of stadium bleachers
Partner 1 does skull crushers until partner 2 completes 2nd row of stadium bleacher
Partner 2 does skull crushers until partner 1 completes 2nd row of stadium bleacher
Alternate between these two exercise: Bicep curls & skull crushers
Bleacher Stadium Rows- This is not a ladder. Just continue to go to the next row after each exercise until you go to the end (row 7) and work your way back to row 1.
With Thunder Buddy:
Rifle carry 53 yards (sideline to sideline) and switch with your thunder buddy. Perform 2 sets
Walk back to woods but you and your thunder buddy are both carrying the coupon from the side (each hold with one hand). Forearm work.
