Break into groups of 3 or 4. One Block, One Soccer Ball for everyone else.
Cruise Director: Block Pursuit to Old AO COT and around Lake to Tennis Courts. Rifle carry block while others do soccer ball ab exercises (10x Situp Throw ball to each other, 25xAmerican Hammers, 20xball wraps around legs up). Once complete with ab exercise, dribble ball and catch up to teammate Rifle Carrying block.
