Ran in place while swinging arms.
Jump and twist.
Upper back, abdominal, chest, hamstring stretch.
SSHs, Merks.

Ran to the pull-up bars.
As many sets as possible.
Set one:
20 Burpees
Broad jump approx 30’ to station two which everyone had a choice to pick from: 100 SSHs, 100 American Hammers, 100 4 count flutter kicks, 100 squats.
Run to the end of the parking lot and to the pull-up bars to do 5 pull-ups.
The only change to the remaining sets were changing up the 100 set exercise.
Returned to the flag. We attempted to have teams of 2-3 passing a frisbee without dropping it.
