Grab 2x Sandy and 2x small bags and head to the goal line.
Exercies were down the line from left to right: 2x Sandy man makers, 2x Burpees, 2x Sandy man makers, 2x Burpees, and small bag farmer carry. Pax completed exercises every 10 yds and swapped positions after each exercise to the left until opposite goal line.
On return exercises were: 2x Sandy man makers, 2x burpees, 10x Sandy squats, 2x burpees, and 10x KB swings. Complete exercises on each 10 yd line and rotate to the left after each exercise
Head over to bench complete 20x step-ups the hard way, 20x incline Merkins (slow down, fast up), and 20x dips (slow down, fast up).
For final 15 mins, jog to admin bldg stopping at bleachers for full bleacher run and 6x burpees. Pledge at admin bldg flag followed by Murdock's recitation of the Night Stalker creed. 6x burpees at the bleachers to finish off 50 reps total for the Q.
