Mosey to the Track…Circled up for a brief explanation. The entire session was based on 30 sec of work 20 sec of rest. First 3 rounds were mosey, then Pax met in the middle for Merkins, Groiners and Squats. Upon completion of the Squats Pax head back out on to the track.
