Partner up and each team needs 1 Cindy
Set-up Camp at the base of the Parking Lot closest to the Church for Modified DORA. Partner A performs exercise while partner B runs to the field and back (1st Round) and then performs 20 Big Boys (2nd Round).
Exercises completed by each Team in this order:
50 Burpees
150 Curls
150 Squats with Cindy
150 Overhead Press
50 Burpees
Put the Cindy away and all PAX lined up on the parking lot line.
Bear Crawl to next parking lot line. Complete 20 Big Boys
Lunge Walk back- Perform 20 back scratchers
Repeated this twice and changed the core exercise.
Finished off with a 2 lap INDIAN Run and back at the Flag.

Rapinoe shared that there is a canned goods ruck to benefit the Baptist Center downtown as well as a Polar Plunge Ruck upcoming. I missed the date.
