4 PAX crawled out of bed for a meet-up on a 36 degree morning with overcast (no moon, planets or stars visible) and gusty winds. It wasn't long before the PAX were shedding hats and sweatshirts. Warmed up with SSH, Hillbillies, OH claps, Seal claps, LilBitty Arm Circles, Mosied to pickup Cindy.

Easy Peazy…sort of a ladder/suicide thang.
Deposited Cindi at the starting point. YHC wrote 1-5 about 3 parking spaces apart representing the rungs on the ladder. We went up the ladder and back down doing the corresponding number of burpees. At the starting point, we did 2x the last ladder rung in curls, OHP and Thrusters. We made 3 rounds for a total of 75 burpees. We wrapped with a quick round of Mary leaving behind a clear sweat angels or a turtle if you're Falcon9…LOL.

Reminder of Speed for Need run this weekend. I don't recall any new prayer requests although we have plenty still out there.
We are missing a bunch of our regular guys due to getting over the holidays, work travel and various forms of fart sacking. Please know that YOU ARE MISSED when you're not with us and we want you back…we need you back for the encouragement to us all! Besides, you'll live a little longer because you made it out.
YHC will be OOT Wed and Fri. Faclon9 and Backstreet have the Q's those days, respectively.
