Partner workout – Meet at the goal line. One partner will complete an exercise while the other will commute down and back. Every time a partner returns the group will move up in 5 yard increments . At midfield the MOT will change from (rifle carry or walking curl) to Murder Bunny’s down and Bear Crawls back alternating after each partner has assumed that MOT.
