Prayers for our parents. Lots of us have parents struggling will illness and ailments, but we are blessed to still have them. Just a reminder for all of us to appreciate the time we still have with them and to have patience when dealing with them.

A group is planning to clown car to Summerville on 1/20 to support a pax that is coming to the end of his battle with cancer. Workout is at 7:00 am. Let’s commit and show support just as that group has done for us.
