Tha Thang:
Pax began completing 12x – Squat Thrusters, Curls & Gnomes. Pax then Gorilla shuffled over to the city hall steps (20 yds). Once pax got to the bottom steps they broad jumped to the top and completed (5) burpees before moseying down the ramp back to the bottom of the steps and returned to the start via lunges, where we rinsed & repeated until time.
