Tha Thang:
Set Cindy down on the near side of the lot, mosey to the other end. Run 1/2 to 3/4 speed to Cindy and did 20 each curls, OHP and Lawnmowers, speed walk back, did this three times then moved Cindy to half lot and rinse repeat # to 10, moved to last island r/r number 10. Brought Cindy to the end ran to the flag 1/2 distance and walked back to Cindy and did 3cindy Navy seals. After three times we made our way back stopping at previous spot and repeating once more, at the end of the lot we finished with one More nseal
