Tha Thang:
Under shelter at the bus loading area, we did five levels together, building ourselves up each level by adding an exercise.

Levels:
1. 10 burpees
2. 10 bur, 20 HR Merkins
3. 10 bur, 20 HRM, 30 Jump Squats
4. 10 bur, 20 HRM, 30 JS, 40 WW2
5. 10 bur, 20 HRM, 30 JS, 40 WW2, 50 Colosseums

After each level we ran to the 2nd light pole and back.

COT:
Like we built ourselves up in this workout, we build ourselves up in everyday life like at work or as a father or husband. When we come across things that are hard in our lives, we push through it and that will help 'build' us up.

Many things are going on with everyone, so let's all pray for each other.
