No turf today due to Turf fields shutdown for "painting". Took to the streets, warmup run to the grass fields! Crablegs took us back in time with some West Coast 90s rap to remind us of the good times and when the kids played on actual grass fields….
Tha Thang:
Found a round football ⚽️ on the grass fields, felt inspired for a challenge. Mid-field kick if you make it 40 squats, miss it 50 squats. Mid-field kick again- 25 burpees if you miss, 15 if you make it. Right corner kick- 50 situps if you make it, 100 if you miss it. Left corner kick- 50 merkins if you make it, 100 if you miss it. Mosey around the track, stopping for some leg work. 20 bench step overs. Mosey and stop for 20 each leg on bench squats. Time is up head back to the AO.
