At one end the pax roll the Killer Kube and perform 25 reps of the exercise shown face up. The mosey to the other end of the ally and perform 5 Star Jacks and 10 Burpees.
The Q performed a sample roll for 25 sqts and then the pax moseyed to pickup the nickel and dime.
Each pax rolled once bookended by 2 rolls from YHC.
