Tha Thang:
I had the PAX plank up in a circle. Every PAX does 10 merkins but the Q starts it out by counting his first 5 merkins outloud. When he gets to five that let's the next PAX know to start his Merkins. Once the Q gets his 10 merkins done he jumps up and runs around the circle back to his place and planks up until the last PAX is back in his spot.
You can use cones or parking stripes to do burpee suicides. I think the lines were 10 to 12 ft apart. The PAX lined up with 13 stripes in front on them.
Run to the first stripe and back to the starting then do 1 burpee. We Repeated this with all 13 lines adding one burpee for each line.

5-5 Do this for all 13 lines or cones. This was a total of 91 Burpees and nope we were not done.
I marked of 60 yrds and put a bucket of 20 tennis balls in the middle with 30yrds on each side. The PAX divided up into 2 teams and team 1 was on one end and team 2 was on the other end 60yrds apart with the bucket in the middle of the 2 teams. We had a relay race to see which team could get the most tennis balls. One tennis ball was marked differently because it is the bonus ball. The winning team picked and exercise and the reps for the losing team but if the losing team got the bonus ball they could pick a exercise and reps for the winning team. If the winning team got the bonus ball well the losing team is in double trouble. Nope not done yet!!

While one PAX completed the reps the other PAX ran around the parking lot the short way and DONE!!! All the PAX done a great job pushing themselves!!!!!
