Disclaimer while doing arm circles and chinooks
Discovered only 2 men were born when I graduated from college in 1981.
So I had flashbacks as I was a Platoon Leader in my senior year at The Citadel. Gumbo was my guidon this am and a ragtag platoon formed up while we made our way to Cindy while doing Merkins, CH Squats, SSH’s, mountain climbers, WW3’s (pretended the asphalt was sand).
Tha Thang:
Both men run a lap.
Both do 10 burpees each.
Then one runs again while partner starts the reps & rotate.
81 HR Merkens
81 squats
81 curls
81 dips
81 WW3’s
5 burpees by each partner before switching exercises
* let the record show that as we began WW3’s, TestTube did not think it was hard enough. So, we took a quick straw poll vote and Falcon9 had the deciding vote whereby we switched back to the IPAX FORMAT meaning two Cindy presses per rep of WW3.
We also finished with some American Hammers, some painful lunge jump moves, and some flutter kicks.
