Cindy, a weinke, and classic rock tunes were all setup ahead of time. French Press brought out a battery powered light that could rival the Bat Signal to make the weinke easier to read.
The Cindy 500 consists of 5 Rounds of exercise followed by a 400m run.
Rnd 1:
10 Merkins, 15 Thursters, 20 Merkins, 25 Thursters, 30 Merkins. 400m run
Rnd 2 : Thursters/V-ups, 400m run
Rnd 3: V Ups/Jungle Boy Squats, 400m run (Welcome to the Jungle came on during this round, seemed appropriate)
Rnd 4: Jungle Boys/ Blockees, 400m run
Rnd 5:Blockees/ Merkins, 400m run
100 reps per round and 100 reps per exercise. Those Blockees/Merkins in Round 5 were terrible.
All completed, great push to get through this one together.
