Did some solo stretching, hoping for a single Pax to show…. nope. Took a 800m lap, Beads decided to join in on the fun when I got back to the flag.
Tha Thang:
Double pump for beads, shout at for that! Went on a good jog of 1.5 miles. Then did 4 – 800 m laps to finish it off. Beads did some extra credit along the way…
