– Little to big arm circles/ reverse

Tha Thang:
THE THANG
Get into groups and work through the following drills:
1. Route drills: one man runs out 15 yards and breaks left while another throws him the disk. Once caught the man runs the disk back to the next thrower. HIMs waiting will rotate between SSH, air squats and lunges changing exercises per round. Failure to catch the disk is a three burpee penalty for the thrower and catcher. Play for 10 minutes.
2. Things are adding up: each team throws the disk up and back down the field. Each throw is equal to two reps. Each drop is equal to four reps. Upon going up and back down the field the teams will add up their reps and complete that quantity of merkins, big boy sit ups and Bonnie Blair’s. Play for 10 minutes.
3. Pass the disk: HIMs circle up on 50 yard line in high plank. Any man with a disk will slide it clockwise to the next man and finish with a Merkin after doin so. One minute.
