Pick up some Cindy's and put them in the four corners of the parking lot. The deal: you and partner start in a corner, partner 1 does reps while partner 2 runs a lap, switch after lap, total reps, moving to the next corner after you get to total reps.
Corner 1 – Thrusters x 100 ea
Corner 2 – Blockies x 50 ea
Corner 3 – block over head gas pumpera x 100 ea
Corner 4 – pull ups x 50 ea
Finish and put the blocks up. Meet at the b-ball courts for Mary and court work. Run the lines, shuffle drills on the courts. While 2 run the courts, other 4 do ab work. 3 rounds of courts. Round 1 big boy situps. Round 2 side crunches. Round 3 bird dogs.
