Had the back parking lot set up in two lanes.
One side was team 2 the other was team 1
All start at the Pull up bars. 10 reps
Lane one Murder Bunny to a 1/2 Honker Then Murder bunny to the next parking lot line
Lane two Bear Crawl to a 1/2 Honker then Bear Crawl to the next parking lot line.
At the next island Lane one performs 15 WWII Lane two performs 15 Flutter Kicks
Run to eh end of the lane and perform 10 Squat Thruster with different size seal sacks.
Then the teams switch lanes heading back to the pull up bars.
Very easy and no one sweated.
Ran this for 23 minutes.
Then had to carry all Cindys and seal sacks back to the flag.
