Mosey to the new turf fields, 1 stop on the way. Stop 1 – side step ups x 20 ea side. At turf, do zig/zags down the lines with shuffles- 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 yard line. Once to the 50, spread out and do lunges to the goal line. At the goal line reverse the zig/zags down the lines with karaoke- 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 yard line. At the 50, spread out and do rotating squat turns to the goal line. Time to mosey back. Stops 2, 3 and 4 on the way back. Stop 2- box jumps x 20. Stop 3- backward step ups x 20. Stop 4 hit the island for shuffle drills around the island…
