Disclaimer while in plank. Then five core principles of F3. Did a little bit of yoga (i.e. downward dogs into dive bombers and cobra). Performed the Tutti stretch a bit. And finished up with side straddle hops IC.
P.S. The pre-blast did mention stretching out on your own prior to the beatdown.

We ended up naming FNG Chandler……Monica. He’s a forensic accountant that can’t count very well. Other possible names were Robotnik, Ozark, Marty Byrde, Tuna, etc. Nah brah, we went with Monica. Lastly, we all complain about this workout every time we do it. But we Do it for a reason. The moment when you think you are gassed and can’t go any more, you find that grit — that internal determination to keep going. And it’s the shared suffering that pushes you too.
