THE THANG
4 teams will last man up to McCallister playground with frisbee. Last man runs to front turns and throws it back to last man. Repeat to playground keeping count of how many times disk is dropped.
PLAYGROUND THANG (20 reps is the starting count. Each group will add the number of times they dropped the frisbee to 20, and that is their rep count for each exercise)

MOSEY TO MCCALLISTER TURF FIELD
– Each team throws their frisbee as far as they can towards the opposite goal line.
