After hearing from Trophy yesterday… Marv and I lived up to the commitment and showed up. We waited, but it was destined to be a duo today. Had to think on the fly.
Ladder it was.
At the flag facing football field two, there are 16 lines between you and the other side…. Touch each one.
Touch the first line, back to Cindy for 1 rep, line 2 and back for 2 reps… all the way up to 16.
Exercises were KB Swings then curls.
Grab some Mary at the end and get out of there.
