Tha Thang:
Pax stay at one end of the parking lot. Other end has the bucket.
Bucket has 48 clothes pins with exercises on them. Some Cindy some without.
Each pax lines up on goal lines (end of parking lot)opposite of bucket.
1st person runs 100 yrd to the other bucket.
First round pax do a plank until runner 1 gets back.
Runner 1 calls out exercise
All pax do exercise, while runner 2 runs to the bucket. Rinse and repeat.
Did a set of jog exercises and Mary half way through
Farmer carry and rifle carry back.
Ended with a set of Mary
