Took our time with a 15 minute good stretch. Those legs were pretty sore from the week.
Tha Thang:
Our workout was about 150 year run down and back. Started with 10 4-count plank Jack, then run to the cone and hit a burpee. Lunge to the next cone and hit another burpee. Run to the turnaround point and perform 10 4-count mountain climbers. Run back to the starting point.
