15 of each exercise- WW1, hand release merkins, plank jacks, jump squat; 2 burpees, 10 colosseums. Sumo Squat to neck tree and lunge walk back.
Repeat all exercises through colosseums. Jail break back to starting point
Rinse and repeat until time
