Ran around the church stopped at flag, each called out an exercise 20-30 reps each. Ranging from 2-5 exercises then run again. Eventually included Cindy. Completed at least several laps, didn’t really keep track, occupied by conversation. Ended with Mary. Puddles of sweat were present.
