We stretched.
Tha Thang:
Told pax to bring their favorite sandbag, ranging between 40-60 lbs. After we all dawned our vest, we picked up our seal sacks which were to not touch the ground again until the end of the workout.
-Started with a fast pace .75 mile shuffle run.
Next would flip back and forth through a few different upper and lower body exercises.
– Green sally up challenge- OHP
– 50 step ups each leg
– 50 curls
-50 glute/ bridge raises
-50 floor press
-Green sally up challenge- squat
-.5 mile run
Shoulders/upper back are shot!

-Reminder to be ready to start benchmark workout at 5:15 tomorrow morning (stretch prior)
