The workout is a ramped up killerbees workout with farmers carries
The plan….three dudes carry the 2x 24KG KBs, 2x 20KG KBs, and 2x 16KG KBs at all times. Teamwork. Never drop them. Pass them off. Penalty is 20 burpees as a group.
Mosey about 100 plus feet down eastish towards the truman parkway. Stop and execute Bear crawl 100 feet. Kbs are farmers carried to next cone. At this cone. Execute 5x Hurrpees (HR burpees), teamates swap out KBs, then broad jump to next cone about 75 feet away. Execute 5x Spartan Burpees and mosey or farmers carry to next cone about 100feet away. Execute 5x Hrrpees and then bear crawl to next cone. Execute 5x crucible merkins and bear crawl to next cone about 125 feet. Execute 3x Navy SEAL burpees, then mosey/farmers carry to intersection of offramp. Execute 10x spartan burppes. Mosey/farmers carry across intersection to concrete embankment of truman parkaway. Execute 6x Bear crawl up (50 feet climb) swap out as necessary with KBs, then 3x mosey up 30 feet and execute 1x merican (total 3). Once all complete head back to circle stopping to execute 10x Spartan burpees, 3x Navy SEAL burpees, 5x Crucible mericans, 5x hrrpees, 5x spartan burpees, and 5x hrrpees. Farmers carrying KBs and swapping out as necessary. Made it back to circle without dropping KBs. Finished with 2:30 minutes of 4 count flutter kicks (49 to be exact)
