Run to First Bucket. 5 Spartan Burpees
Back to the starting point perform the Side Bends (SB) and the C/OHP
Back to the first bucket 5 (SB)
To the 2nd Bucket and perform 10 Merks
Back to the Start (SB) & C/OHP
Back to Bucket one and two then to buck 3 Perform 15 Man Makers.
Then back to the start and repeat.
Go to all 3 buckets then to the 4th and final Blue Bucket. Perform a Honker.
Rise and repeat for 27 minutes.
Then ABBS for the can of Abb stuff.
